Mica Mackenzie- Founder & CEO

Mica Mackenzie, the dynamic 25-year-old founder of Quiet Nonsense, discovered her passion for digital marketing and blogging at just 16 years old. By 19, she had launched Quiet Nonsense, quickly gaining recognition throughout the DFW area for her innovative approach to marketing. Mica is renowned for her internship training program, which has successfully mentored over 100 interns. Her agency, which she still leads today, is celebrated for its creativity and client-focused strategies. Mica finds immense joy in strategizing, being creative daily, and collaborating with passionate creatives and clients. Outside of work, Mica is a devoted mother to her 3-year-old son, Jiovanni, who was diagnosed as nonverbal autistic at 16 months old. She cherishes spending time with him, especially taking him to soccer and creating family memories with her husband, Ryan, in their Tyler home. In her leisure time, Mica enjoys baking sourdough, solving Sudoku puzzles, and listening to music.

Beck Sullivan

Beck Sullivan is an interdisciplinary artist, graphic designer and marketing specialist located in Denver, Colorado. She has extensive experience in brand identity, social media marketing, graphic design, website development, email marketing, photography, illustration and painting. Her aesthetic philosophy derives from her belief that at its core, art is self-expression. Beck’s goal is to be the vehicle that allows you to present your business exactly how you want it to be perceived and give you that edge to make you stand out like a poppy in a field of wheat. One of her favorite parts of working with clients is the brainstorming phase where she gets to know you and your values to gain a deeper understanding of the root of your brand’s mission. Outside of work, Beck is a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Certified Ayurveda Specialist and a lover of holistic living. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her fiancé Ryan, studying mythology, gardening,  refurbishing furniture and seeing the world.
